• provide coaching and mental-training services,
• communicate regarding bookings or programmes, and
• improve and personalize our offerings.
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Data Retention
• Coaching notes are stored up to 6 months after your last session.
• Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
Third-Party Processing
We use Google Drive and Dropbox for limited file storage, which may be hosted outside the EU/EEA. Personal information is minimized or anonymized wherever possible.
Your Rights
You may at any time:
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data
• Object to processing or withdraw consent
• Request a machine-readable copy (data portability)
If dissatisfied, you may contact the Swedish Data Protection Authority.

Agreement Validity
Your agreement becomes valid upon booking a session or purchasing a programme.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance incur no charge.
Service Quality & Ethics
If you ever feel dissatisfied, we collaborate with Empowermind Denmark and the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI) to resolve concerns.
All coaching is delivered according to recognized professional and ethical standards—active listening, reflective questioning, systemic perspectives, and structured processes.

💼 Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All materials created by Professional Guidance, including text, visuals, audio, and programmes, are protected under international copyright law.
Use of Our Materials
• Content may be accessed for personal or internal organizational use only.
• Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any materials without written consent is prohibited.
Music & Audio Content
Some background music is produced using licensed, royalty-free content (e.g., Soundly or Soundful) under a commercial licence.
This permits Professional Guidance to integrate such music in its programmes and recordings.
The base compositions remain property of their original creators, while all finished works—recordings, arrangements, and combined productions—are
